Is this extension safe?
Yes. RoTrail is designed for personal use and only accesses publicly available information on roblox.com, in compliance with Chrome's security policies. We do not access, collect, or store any private data, and no login is required.
How long is update data stored?
To protect user privacy, RoTrail automatically deletes all notifications and update logs every 12 hours. We do not store any historical activity data beyond this period.
Do I need to log in?
No login is required for the core features. Just install and use. It's that simple. An optional login is available for premium features.
What do I get with Premium?
Premium unlocks advanced notifications, the ability to receive updates for more profiles, exclusive themes, and early access to new features. Click here to learn more.
How often does RoTrail check for updates?
When the "Background Checks" toggle is enabled, RoTrail checks for updates approximately every minute. This ensures you get timely notifications without being disruptive.
Can I get alerts for more than two users?
The free version allows you to get alerts for up to 2 users. Our Premium plans allow for more. Please check our Premium page for more details.
What kind of inventory changes are alerted?
RoTrail alerts when new items are added to a user's public inventory. This includes items like hats, gear, accessories, clothing, and collectibles.
Will this extension slow down my computer?
No. RoTrail is a lightweight extension that has been optimized for performance. It runs efficiently in the background and should not have any noticeable impact on your computer's speed.
